About Rochester Wedding Venues

The goal of this directory is to organize useful information — venue location, guest capacity, venue type, indoor or outdoor setting, ceremony and reception options, amenities, and distance from Rochester — so couples can compare real wedding venues without wading through a crowded vendor marketplace.

We focus specifically on venues that actively host weddings and can reasonably accommodate weddings of approximately 100 guests or more: barns, estates, wineries, waterfront and lakefront venues, ballrooms, hotels with substantial wedding facilities, country clubs, farms designed for events, and historic properties.

What we verify, and what we don't

We do not claim that every listed venue has been personally visited or reviewed. We do not claim every detail is guaranteed or that this directory is affiliated with the City of Rochester, Monroe County, any tourism agency, or any individual venue. Where information is not confirmed, we say so and encourage couples to verify decision-critical details directly with each venue before booking.

We do not publish invented prices, ratings, reviews, or amenities. Venue photography shown may be placeholder imagery representing a venue style and will be replaced with venue-supplied photos where available.
